Jonathan Campos

Born in New York City in 1990, Jonathan Campos continues to reside in Manhattan. While attending The Shield Institute’s Flushing School, the highlight of his curriculum was his weekly visit to the Pure Vision Arts’ studio. Excelling in the program, Campos was enrolled as a full-time PVA Day Hab attendee upon graduation from Flushing in January, 2012.

In the studio, Campos creates large-scale mixed media drawings of landscapes, animals, vehicles and his favorite fast foods, all drawn with no visual references. His drawings are vibrant and colorful, and he often combines objects and text giving them a pop art quality.
